Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship and will I pay duties?
We ship internationally to most countries using DHL Express.
All Watchmods timepieces are hand-assembled in our Hong Kong workshop and shipped directly from Hong Kong to your delivery address.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price.
We declare shipments accurately and provide full tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
When will my order be shipped?
Each watch is hand-assembled to order in our workshop.
Our typical production time is 4–6 business days before shipping.Once your watch is completed and quality checked, it will be dispatched via DHL Express, and you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping Policy
Where do you ship from?
We are an Australian-owned brand. To ensure the highest craftsmanship, our primary workshop is in Hong Kong.
This strategic location allows us to work closely with elite suppliers, ensuring every watch is hand-assembled and regulated by our team. Unlike generic drop-shippers, we personally vet every build before global shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders using DHL Express.
Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Why does my DHL tracking only show “Shipment information received”?
This status may appear shortly after dispatch. Your parcel has already been handed over for export processing, but because we ship orders in bulk through our logistics partner, it can take a few days before DHL performs the first scan and updates tracking details.
This is normal, especially during peak seasons or when the Hong Kong hub is experiencing high volume. Once DHL completes the initial scan, tracking will update and move normally.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Return Window on eligible products.
Returns are always accepted for manufacturing defects, faults, or incorrect items. In these cases, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

What is a Custom Seiko Mod Watches ?
A Custom Seiko Mod Watch is a timepiece built using high-quality aftermarket components and a reliable Seiko-compatible movement such as the NH35, NH34, or VK63.
Each watch is individually hand-assembled to create a unique design that is not available as a standard factory model.
Disclaimer: Watch Mods is an independent brand and has no affiliation with Seiko or any other manufacturer.
How long does it take to build a mod watch?
Every watch is hand-assembled to order.
Our typical build time is 4–6 business days, followed by full quality checks before dispatch.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. All watches come with a 12-month mechanical warranty covering movement and assembly defects.
This does not include normal wear, accidental damage, or water misuse.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Most models are rated at 3ATM, suitable for daily wear and light splashes.
They are not designed for swimming or diving unless specifically stated.
